Make Tax Payments
2There are several options for paying your Great Barrington real estate taxes, personal property taxes, excise taxes, and sewer utility bills.
In Person at Town Hall
You can pay any fee with cash, check, credit card, or money order at the Treasurer/Collector's window at Town Hall.
- Treasurer/Collector's Office Hours are Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 4 pm.

- Payments are due in the Collector's Office on or before the due date. Postmarks are not accepted.
Online
You can make payments from the convenience of your home, via the town's Unipay system.
- Online Payments
- Any Credit Card or Debit Card will be assessed a sliding scale card fee based on the total being charged. Fee schedule
- Set up an ACH with your Checking Account and Routing Number and only be assessed a $0.50 fee for the transaction. That's cheaper than a stamp!
- With your Unipay account, you can set up email reminders and autopay if you so choose.
- Past-due bills may not be available to pay online.
24 / 7 Drop Box Located Next to the Handicapped Entrance of Town Hall
You may place your check or money order payable to the "Town of Great Barrington" along with your remittance stub in the drop box. Please do not submit cash in the drop box.
